Argo Tea

2016-2019

I joined Argo Tea's marketing team as a Graphic Designer in 2016. At the time, Argo Tea was the fastest-growing tea company in the country with over 50 cafés globally and consumer-packaged goods available in over 60,000 outlets nationwide. In 2018, I was promoted to Creative Lead and took a larger role in developing the brand's integrated marketing strategies.

I maintain a good relationship with the brand, providing my services periodically as a freelancer.

Seasonal Rollouts and New Store Openings 
 

Argo Tea launched 8 seasonal rollouts per year for which I managed the production of all marketing materials, including prepress, printing, kitting, shipping and job reconciliation across 50 corporate-owned, licensed, and international cafés at multiple pricing tiers.

I also created and managed orders of branded launch materials for all US and international new store openings, analyzing unique store layout and local targeted demographics to determine best print and digital branding solutions for customer experience. 

Email Marketing

During my time with Argo Tea, I led email marketing development, design, segmentation, implementation, deployment and analysis, increasing the open rate by 10%.

Photography and Motion Graphics
 

I managed photography at Argo Tea, guiding all aspects of a photography shoot, including pre-production, lighting, editing, file management, and post production. I also implemented a Digital Asset Management system to better manage rich media content and improve workflow across all channels.

I transitioned static digital menu screens to dynamic animated menu boards across all cafe locations and created new motion graphics for 8 product rollouts per year and other off-cycle promotional campaigns
